At Skin Deep Medispa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Medispa

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns department address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
